Section 73A
Arrangements for complaints, complaints and hearings of civil servants
: (1) Civil servants may file complaints or appeals elsewhere in accordance with this Act or prevailing laws, except for any matter related to services, conditions, facilities and employees provided in accordance with this Act and the rules made under this Act. If he feels that he has been wronged or if no action is taken even after informing the relevant body in this regard, he can submit his complaints and complaints to the designated body as prescribed.
(2) Other provisions related to complaints, complaints and hearings of civil servants shall be as prescribed.
